Israel Nadal Valor is a distinguished professional in the chemical sector with over 25 years of experience at IRISEM, where he currently leads the Technical and Commercial Department. With a degree in Chemistry from the University of Alicante, he complemented his training with a postgraduate degree in polymeric materials and adhesives, which cemented his specialization in areas such as plastics, coatings, varnishes, and inks, where he has accumulated over two decades of experience.

Throughout his career, he has been a regular speaker at events organized by AIMPLAS, a leading technology center for plastics, and represents IRISEM in the Packaging Innovation Cluster, promoting collaboration between companies to develop sustainable solutions. He is also an active member of the QUIMACOVA Technical Committee, contributing to the advancement of the chemical sector in the Valencian Community.
