Félix Vicente Mondéjar holds a Chemical Engineering degree by the University of Murcia in Spain. He wrote his thesis at the University of Chemnitz in Germany in the technical materials area, which was followed by a trainee at the Institute of Composite Materials GmbH in Kaiserslautern, Germany.

After his return to Spain he developed his career as Area Sales Manager in the international food trade until 2012, when he accepted the offer of Hoffmann Mineral to return to the technical side again.

Since November 2021 he is sales, marketing and orders processing director but still direct responsible for the Spanish market.
