He began his professional career in R&D roles, both in technology centers and in various industrial companies, gradually moving into project management and commercial management positions.

Over the past decade, he has specialized in business development, with a strong focus on opening new strategic markets.

At Grolman Iberia, he is responsible for the commercial development of circular and sustainable solutions for the plastics and coatings markets.
